Mother Teacher – Online Tuition Programme (Nursery to Grade 2) Job Description We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Mother Teacher to conduct engaging online classes for students from Nursery to Grade 2. The ideal candidate should be skilled in early childhood education, capable of creating an interactive virtual learning environment, and committed to supporting the holistic development of young learners. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging online lessons for Nursery to Grade 2 students. Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities. Foster literacy, numeracy, communication, and social development. Maintain a positive, interactive, and child-friendly virtual classroom. Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents. Effectively use online teaching tools and digital resources.

Target Qualification & Requirements Bachelor's degree with a relevant teaching qualification (B.Ed., D.El.Ed., NTT, ECCEd, or equivalent). Experience in teaching Nursery to Grade 2 students (online teaching experience preferred). Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Tech-savvy with proficiency in online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. Reliable high-speed internet (Wi-Fi) connectivity and a suitable home teaching setup. Strong classroom management, creativity, and passion for early childhood education.
