2. Account Responsibilities & Conduct

Users (both Educators and Institutions) are responsible for providing accurate, authentic, and up-to-date information:

• Educators: You warrant that your credentials, qualifications, work history, and uploaded resume/video materials are true and non-misleading.
• Institutions: You warrant that job postings represent genuine employment opportunities with accurate compensation details.
• Prohibited activities include impersonation, scraping platform data, submitting fraudulent resumes, or posting deceptive job openings.

3. Platform Services & Hiring Matchmaking

Educatorshive provides curated candidate matching and job facilitation services. While we vet candidate credentials and recruiter postings, employment contracts and negotiations remain solely between the candidate and the hiring institution.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform trademarks, logos, content, design components, and code are the exclusive property of Educatorshive. User-uploaded logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
